Most Redteddy puppies are born and raised here in Columbia County , NY, within easy driving distance to NYC. Our puppy nanny can arrange with you to deliver your puppy anywhere in the USA including Hawaii. For those already living on the west coast or Canada, twice a year we have puppies in Hawaii and Canada, let us know now if that is an option for you and we can plan accordingly.

At RT we beleive there are more personality differences among puppies in general than sex based personality differences. Boy puppies do not always become adult dogs who pee all over the house. Girl dogs do not grow up to be "Bi$%^er than boys. All RT pups should bring happiness and fun to their furever homes regardless of their sex.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your RT puppy, it holds the current price three years: you do not need to accept an offered puppy if the timing is not right for you. Should you have a life changing event and cannot ever get a RT you may gift your deposit to an appropriate furever home who can.
Our unique "Puppyship" is a special price reducing program for wonderful Furever homes with verifiable limits to their budgets.

Let us know if you fit one of our requirements for the Puppyship, which reduces the cost $250 to $1500 depending on your situation.

I understand that RT will balance my preferences and life style with the puppies in the litter I am promised from to find the most perfect puppy for me.
Over the years, we have found the best practice for placing puppies in the right homes is that, once we know your family make up, the level of activity in your home, children, ages, visitors, and more, we know each puppy's perswonality and we will choose the right puppy for your family. This does not mean that you will get a female when your preference is for a boy, or a white puppy when you wanted black! We work with each family after the pups are old enough to show personality, and with input from everyone reserving a puppy from the litter, we do the delicate task of deciding which puppy goes to which furever home. This practice has developed from our long experience making sure that timid puppies blossom in calm homes and ADHD puppies blossom in active homes.
