Blog One: Red Ted Min Poo One
This is the very first post in what I hope will be an interesting, creative and helpful place for anyone interested in our RedTeddy Miniature Poodles. I plan to chronic the daily lives and events of our current litter of four puppies, three boys and one girl. The puppies were born 1/8/2014. The parents are Leo Lion Heart (he is) and Beautiful Tasha (she is, too). We will welcome any comments, ideas, questions and try to respond quickly just as we do with regular email inquiries.
Another purpose of this new blog page is to try out some high-fallutin' technology for soon to be puppies families to see them as they grow through their early days, and to give everyone out on the web the chance to look in the den and be a fly on the wall in the life of this new family.
The new technology (new to me - notice the RTP website is now several years old and just now we blog? Really?!) is to install a webcam in the pups main living area, so everyone can watch them eat, sleep, and play and:
BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID!
(Not really scary ~ some might think gross scary - (and be correct!))
No one is going to be running in to turn the thing on and off at inappropriate moments, so yes, you will see, um, ah, yes: there will be poo. Or poop. No. 2, or s%*t. Pick your favorite pseudonym, what you will see is why I get paid the big bucks (to clean up).
As soon as I figure out how to plug the thing in, you will be able to visit this page and watch real live puppies playing, climbing all over their mother, learning, barking in their sleep, in short: their whole baby puppy lives and antics. Of course, they might just be asleep. The point is, you get to watch the puppies whenever you decide, not just when I get around to making a video and posting it!
THIS IS IT ~ THE REAL DEAL!
Well, almost. I have not quite gotten there yet. This is actually going to take an investment of time and money. Here is the place where you sigh, so RedTeddy finally sold out.
Redteddypup.com has no advertising: no annoying pop-ups or banners for unrelated services, links to thinly disguised soft porn, no 'click here for a chance to win a gazillion.' None.
And it WILL stay the same, more or less, everywhere but here. The ads you will see here (when I figure it all out, hopefully in 2014) will be for products and services that
we actually use, like, respect, and truly, honestly recommend.
Plus, here's the kicker, we will have a button you can press to just send one dime to one dollar if you think the content is worth it. You get to tell us why what you saw was funny, interesting, odd, you name it, to help with costs.
One more thing. Wouldn't it be cool if all our puppy families could have a RedTeddyPup T-shirt or sweatshirt, or maybe a RTP baseball cap? If this is within the realms of the possible, needs to be economical yet high quality and great design we will be making, marketing and selling these items here. Even, dare we say it, RedTeddy doggy booties, sweaters and capes! Exciting!
But wait, there's a problem.
Anyone know how to do this? If anyone out there knows how to organize the part about high quality clothing with our RTP logo that doesn't cost the earth, that buyers can order from redteddypup.com that gets made and shipped quickly, economically and accurately,
Please get in touch! Send a link! HELP!!!
I need - and am grateful for - all the help I can get!
Thanks for reading, more to come. Of course, I could just delete this page and do something easier. What about play with the puppies? I think I'm going to do that now regardless. This has been very taxing, describing all I want out of life for this website. Time for some R&R puppy time.
