RedTeddie Poodle puppies are given lots of opportunities to explore their worlds, including playing with different size and breeds of adult dogs. this teaches them how to behave around 'stranger' dogs and how to make friends easily.

Katie is the granmother of all our Miniature Poodle puppies, at 11 years old she is still in great shape! (She retired several years ago and lives in NYC.)

Boobles and Little Bear arrived in our family as ten week old puppies. Soon after, Tasha had a litter of puppies and Little Bear fell head over heels in love with them all. It took a while, ​but finally Tasha let Little Bear puppy-sit. ​
Tasha, the mommy, is dozing nearby while I take each new pup out of the den one by one. They are greeted by our three middle age puppies, all of whom are under a year old. Tasha doesn't stir as the new pups meet their pack mates.
The older puppies are enchanted! Perhaps Tasha is glad to have so many eager babysitters? After all, even a pack takes a village!   ​

WHY REDTEDDY?
A good start is a puppy from a reputable breeder with tested parents and optimal environment - 
A puppy free of anxiety, psychological issues manifesting in aggression, or the kinds of health problems that are prevalent in unknown lineage pups from puppy brokers profiting from "selling in bulk" to pet shops and online. We meet a lot of families with huge hearts and sad stories about a rescue needing ongoing extensive veterinary attention. Where do these sad story dogs come from in the first place - not from RedTeddy and many of the wonderful AKC Bred With HEART breeders! If you have the heart, time and finances to rescue any animal, we applaud you. We have rescues here, too. But if you prefer to start with a happy healthy puppy and a breeder you can always contact for ongoing support and advice, that's us: RedTeddy.
